How to order wholesale squishy toys from China
A clean first order is a sequence of small confirmations. Start with a focused shortlist, make the quote specific, and keep product facts, packaging, freight, and payment terms visible before production begins.
1. Build a focused shortlist

2. Request a sample or test order
Quote requests start from 12 pieces per style. Use that point to test shape, hand feel, color, packaging, and customer response. If a style has a higher production MOQ, ask the sales team to separate the request MOQ from the supplier’s production MOQ in the quote.
3. Confirm SKU facts before production
Ask for finished dimensions with units, unit weight, outer material, filling, pieces per display box, pieces per carton, outer carton size, gross weight, packaging, and any color mix. Fields marked to confirm are intentionally kept open until the exact SKU is selected.

4. Choose freight with the carton plan in hand
Freight depends on destination, route, volume, and shipping mode. Ask for a current EXW pickup, air, sea, or DDP estimate using the confirmed carton quantity and gross weight. Logistics quotes normally start from 22 kg, so a smaller test order may need a different plan.
5. Keep payment and timing clear
Goods are paid before production, and freight is paid before dispatch based on actual weight and volume. The payment account must be company-owned. Production is usually 1–7 days after SKU details are confirmed; holiday schedules and freight routes can extend the overall timeline.
6. Prepare for the reorder
Save the final SKU list, approved packaging, color mix, carton rules, and quote date. For repeat orders, ask the team to reconfirm price, MOQ, production timing, and freight instead of copying old assumptions.
